Invoices are due according to the agreed payment terms. Overdue amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law if lower.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are F.O.B. Seller's warehouse and risk of loss passes to the buyer when the order is delivered to the carrier.
Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Claims for damaged, defective, or nonconforming products must be submitted in writing within three calendar days of delivery.
